How it Works... Everyone and all levels of tapping experience are welcome. The first 30-minute section includes:

• an introduction and overview of EFT/Tapping

• how it works to calm the nervous system and release energetic patterns in the mind/body connection

• the three levels that EFT/Tapping can be applied

• a step by step walkthrough of the various techniques that will beused in the tapping circle

• an opportunity to ask questions and learn more

The next hour will include:

• a professionally guided group tapping circle using various EFT/Tapping techniques

• A safe and confidential environment to explore and practice the power of tapping

• an experience of shifting your energy, expanding your perspective, and raising your vibration to show up to your life feeling nourished, relaxed, and empowered.
