Board Members

Tali Cluxton is a long-time member and board member of Capstone House where she has functioned as a teacher, a speaker and overall support staff for the center for over 15 years, and is presently our board president. 

She is a local health care practitioner and lives in Panama City with her husband and son. Tali is committed to helping navigate the best course for Capstone and to keep the metaphysical center,  and community growing into the future.

Rebecca Nolan, worked at Tyndall AFB, and retired in 2012 after 32 years of civil service and retired with with honors. Rebecca became a member of Capstone House in 2007, and quickly became an established tarot, runes, cartomancy, and angel card reader for Capstone House, reading at Mystic fairs at Capstone House and throughout the Panhandle of Florida. 

Rebecca is a spiritual teacher, minister, Reiki Master, and a Kundalini Reiki Master. Rebecca has been supporting Capstone House for the past 16 years by teaching classes and doing psychic readings.

Rebecca became a board member in 2017, and was the Capstone House Director in 2019. She relinquished the title back in 2020 due to health reasons, but remained on the Board. Rebecca has a BA degree in Business Administration, and in Counseling. Rebecca is an avid student of the Secret, and follows the teachings of Wayne Dyer, Depak Chopra, and Abraham Hicks.

Richard was born in Superior Wisconsin October 1948. He graduated University of Minnesota at Duluth in April 1974. There he worked as a Certified Business Accountant. Richard has alway been on the spiritual side of the planet and he is now an active board member of Capstone.

Kim Fuller is a Panama City native and has been involved with Capstone house since 2009. Having known one of the founders, Gladys Grimsley since the mid 70’s, she felt very connected to Capstone House and become a regular and volunteer,  after her very first visit. Having been in business herself for over 33 years, her organizational skills and excitement for Capstone have allowed her to assist in growing and expanding the center! 

Kim also serves as the secretary on the Board of Directors!

Patty Delgado is a native of Ecuador and raised in New York City.

 In 2003, I came to Panama City Florida, and in looking for spiritual fulfillment, I met Gladys Grimsley, one of the original founders of Capstone House, whom often read cards for me for many years. My mother was very active in Capstone House and was always volunteering in multiple events.  I am now a proud board member and my continued support of Capstone House includes my dream of reading cards, teaching dancing and cooking for the Latin Community.

Melissa Adams is a  self employed, Panama City Native who has always had a very strong intuitive side. At the age of 16 she was guided to seek out others that could assist her with those abilities. It was then she started having card readings, and exploring metaphysics, and continues to this day. 

In the year 2018 and after Hurricane Micheal, she started visiting Capstone House and found like minded people where she could hone in her gifts and understand more of the information she was getting.  Having felt accepted, she agreed to sit on the Capstone House Board.
