Breakthru Breathwork

Join us for a another Saturday morning breathwork workshop with Cristen -

"Breakthru Breathwork"

The workshop will include:

• Oracle Card Pulls & conversation

• Transformational Breathwork

• Intuitive yoga to help move energy through the body.

We will begin by relaxing our body & grounding with a Tibetan sound Healing Bath. We then will connect with our energy & invite our emotions to surface thru connection with our breath (aka life force or Chii) so we can work thru and expand into higher Frequencies of Abundance.
