Held with compassion, this offering is personal. It marks my first Sound Journey in my new hometown, and the beginning of something beautiful as I embrace this new chapter of life.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or cushion for comfort while lying down Comfortable clothing that allows your body to fully relax Optional eye mask or scarf to soften your senses If you’re unable to lie on the floor, please bring a comfortable chair or anything you need to feel at ease. (There are chairs located at venue) A journal or small notebook (optional) for reflections afterward
