Sound Healing Meditation with Dustin Borlack

Sound Healing is a powerful tool to help access deeper levels of relaxation and meditation. Coupled with conscious breathing, this practice will assist in the breaking through of old stuck energy and make way for a clearer and empowered you.

At the beginning of the workshop, we share our names and our intentions for the experience. This helps anchor the energy in the room and creates a space to feel safe and seen to allow the healing and rest to accrue. We then transition into a guided meditation and light Breakwork to prime the body and mind for the sound healing to begin. With instruments such as singing bowls, frame drums, flutes, and didgeridoo, there is no limit to your transformational potential.
