Join us for an immersive evening of sound, meditation, and energetic renewal with host Jane LaMantia.

This month’s Sound Bath will focus on chakra clearing and balancing, creating space to slow down, settle into the body, and intentionally work with the energy centers.

We’ll also be guided through a meditation for energetic cord removal—an opportunity to gently release connections and energetic attachments you’re ready to let go of and return your attention to your own center.
