This workshop is dedicated and tailored to all age groups that are and have experienced anxiety. To those who have felt defeated by it with no sense of ease or coping from the pressures of one's mind. I want to share my experience and research with you, connect the dots of how anxiety works and where it comes from, and share tips on overcoming it naturally and even eliminating it from your daily life.

About the Creator: I believe in a world that can collectively learn to raise their inner vibration, help build each other up, always show up, and spread knowledge to the ones in need with compassion and unconditional love, where we accept all beings with non-judgment. A world where we can achieve happiness and inner strength from within. To completely banish and stand up to past traumas, negative emotions, depression, stress, or anything that weighs us down and makes us feel lost in this beautiful world.

I believe that each person is a gift, a beautiful symphony that holds its own accord and melody that can be shared with many. Collectively teach and learn from each other and be able to hold a sacred space for one another. Together, we will access our fullest potential and live the healthiest, happiest, and richest life we can possibly have!
