About the event
Join us for an evening of Astral Travel with local Level 1 QHHT Practitioner Nicky Holt.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow as we journey to the depths of your imagination and your subconscious - your Spirit Guides would like you to know that your imagination IS YOU, and you are now entirely free to explore it! You'll be amazed at what you may find or what will reveal itself to you at this time.Â
QHHT is a fantastic hypnosis technique developed by Dolores Cannon - please pick up one of her amazing books! If you want more information on QHHT, either email Nicky at nickyholtqhht@gmail.com or visit the official QHHT website for some frequently answered questions.
If you are considering getting a personal session, attending a group session first is highly recommended, as you will get a small taste of what to expect from a private session. We don't go quite as deep in the group. However, people have genuine emotional experiences even in a group setting and are often pleasantly surprised at what they discover.
If you are returning, greetings from your Quantum Travel Host! If you have not been before, this will run like a guided meditation. We previously did group sitting, but I recommend lying for the best results. There is nothing to be afraid of; your subconscious will never show you anything your human cannot handle, and Nicky is here to support you during and after the process.
This group will be held in the main hall of Capstone House at 7 p.m.
The doors will lock, and there will be no entry after 7:15 p.m. due to the quiet nature of this event. We'll see you next time!
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow! Though some will be provided.
$15 per person.
 8:30 pm finish.
Happy Astral Travels!
