Public Manual Therapy Day

Here we go again with Public Sessions at Capstone!!

Please sign-up and reserve your space at Capstone OR Sign-up by contacting (585)478-9686... Leave your name, email, Phone number and times between 10-4pm the date above you are wanting your service.

First come first serve for the spots so grab yours quickly to ensure you get the times you need!

Sign-up is a MUST!! DO NOT just show up without an appointment as I need to prepare for how many folks have sessions the date of this public service event takes place.

Each session is 30 minutes for a targeted trouble spot... This is NOT Massage therapy. Tools may be used to assist in getting into triggered problem areas.

Your body will thank you from the first session.

Add-ons available... CBD, Brainwave Entrainment no charge. Sessions are ($45 cash or Venmo or Vagaro with online booking... call the number provided for this)
