About the event
The first 30 minute section includes:
- an introduction and overview of EFT/Tapping
- how it works to calm the nervous system and release energetic patterns in the mind/body connection
- the three levels that EFT/Tapping can be applied
- a step by step walk through of the various techniques that will be used in the tapping circle
- an opportunity to ask questions and learn more

The next hour will include:
- a professionally guided group tapping circle using various EFT/Tapping techniques
- a safe and confidential environment to explore and practice the power of tapping to relieve stress, move energy, and gain insights
- an experience of shifting your energy, expanding your perspective, and raising your vibration so you can show up to your life feeling nourished, relaxed, and empowered.
