Higher Self Journey and Sound Bath

Melissa and Nicky are teaming up this evening for a deep, immersive guided meditation featuring the beautiful healing sound of live sound bowls

You are invited to take some time out of your busy day to just lay down, relax and go on a Higher Self journey. You will be amazed at what you will find.

Everybody has a unique, profound experience that is important to them.

We will be going on an elemental journey together through the forest of your soul to briefly escape this reality, get messages from your guides and meet your Spirit Animals. In this relaxed state you will recieve answers to questions you have from your own subconscious, your higher self.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and a drink.

You are also invited to bring a journal if you wish to write about your experience though some paper and pens will be provided.
