Color Therapy with Kristina

Join us in the Capstone Library at 6 p.m. for this new Color Therapy class with Sacred Development coach Kristina Kinsella!

There has been so much significant scientific research done into Color Therapy and the amazing effects that colors can have on many different things. In this interactive and fun class, we will explore how our bodies and nervous system respond to different colors on the ultraviolet spectrum.

We will go over how it can not only influence our mood but also discuss things like what is our favorite color, how the colors we are drawn to tell us about who we are, and how they can better help us understand and describe our emotions and our feelings. We will also talk about why different buildings are painted different colors, other uses for color therapy throughout the world, and color in psychology.

You can expect lively discussion and fun games while learning something new. Bring something along that is your favorite color!

The cost of the class is $20
