CHAIR YOGA with Beyond Chaos Yoga & Art

Join us every Wednesday at 4PM for a blissful session of Chair Yoga at Capstone House. Designed to accommodate all ages and fitness levels, Chair Yoga offers a gentle yet effective way to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.

Led by our experienced instructor Jennifer Mellon, each class begins with gentle warm-up exercises to ease tension and promote relaxation. As we progress, you'll explore a variety of seated and standing poses modified to be performed with the aid of a chair, ensuring stability and support throughout the practice.
