Deets: -All breathers welcome- beginner and experienced. 

-Please Bring your Yoga Mat, pillow, & blanket for your comfort, as we will be lying down for a lot of this journey. -Bring a Journal & pen. -Water is available at Capstone House -We have some extra yoga mats available, too if you need one to use -No late entries due to the quiet, relaxed nature of this event.
