Breakthru Breathwork with Cristen

Enjoy a breathwork journey with a unique, uplifting/calming choice of sound frequency in the background as you breathe your way to your inner wisdom/ Higher self through relaxation or body movement as Cristen guides you with her breath.

We will :

*Start & end with a little Starserd Oracle Card pull and observe the transformation of our energy. The cards will help you to understand where your energy currently stands.

*Ground with A Sound healing Tibetan bowl experience for your heart chakra & your crown chakra

*Invite our emotions to surface through a deeper connection to our breath.

*Hold space for time in the end for integration, Connection, & Q & A 

Bring an Open mind, Yoga mat, small pillow & blanket , Journal & Pen (optional for integration period), & Water
