Beginners & Beyond Yoga

Join Jennifer Mellon of Beyond Chaos Yoga & Art for this fun, inspiring yoga class! Beginners & Beyond Yoga is a mix of various yoga styles, meditation, and philosophy. This is the perfect class for beginners as well as experienced yogis who want to get back to basics or try something different. Beginners & Beyond is a great opportunity for first-time yogis to get on the mat and try it out! Common poses will be taught, along with modifications, to help build your confidence and knowledge.

Jennifer believes we take ourselves too seriously in life, and this is a chance to be yourself. Show up with an open mind and heart. Leave feeling relaxed, connected, and ready to move with ease through the rest of your day. Bring your mat and any yoga props that you may want to use. A limited number of props will be available.
