Working at your own pace, you’ll be guided through gentle Fascial Maneuvers®, breathing techniques, and somatic exercises that encourage relaxation while helping you better understand your body’s natural movement patterns.

Whether you’re carrying everyday stress, feeling stiff, or simply looking for a gentle way to reconnect with yourself, this class offers an approachable place to begin. All movements can be modified to meet your comfort level, and participants are encouraged to honor their own bodies throughout the practice.
