Take time each month to recalibrate and realign your energy with our Monthly Chakra Balance and Reset event, happening on the first Wednesday of every month from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM.
Led by Amy from Luna Yoga and Erica from Immerse Sound Healing, this event combines breathwork, meditation, and healing sound frequencies to help you release stagnant energy, promote balance, and invite transformation into your life. Each session also includes a special journey through the elements for a deeper connection and renewal.
What to Bring: Please bring your own mat, blanket, or pillow for a comfortable experience.
Suggested Donation: $30 (Donations of any amount are welcome and help us continue offering these events.)
